My oil piece cited on NPR

Reacting to the Iraq Study Group's report, NPR's "Talk of the Nation" held a round-table discussion with the four experts below. Michael Rubin cites my piece "How Oil Smuggling Greases Violence in Iraq" demonstrating the danger of corruption and oil smuggling in prolongoing the current violence in Iraq. The ISG report realizes the dangers of the financial aspect of the conflict, but it is comes short on integrating that into their recommendations.
